HypnoBirthing Group Class (In-Person)

A group class consists of 3-7 couples.

The series is 5 in person or remote group classes of 3 hours each (a total of 15 hours) and costs $500.

Dates:  Oct 2, 9, 16, 23, 30

Times:  4-7 PM

We dive deep into information, techniques and methods that prepare you for a positive childbirth experience. You learn about self hypnosis.

The class is interactive, with in depth guidance and practice, and weekly materials to take home for home practice.

Before the start of the class series you will receive a book by HypnoBirthing Founder Marie Mongan, a binder, MP3 downloads of affirmations and visualization.

During the classes you will receive handouts, hands on in class practice, and weekly home practice instructions and weekly email follow up.
