HypnoBirthing Childbirth Education Classes support you, your birth partner, and your baby in sharing an empowered, safe, confident and joyful birth experience. This experience and all you bring to it will extend far into your childrearing years and family development. skills you will learn the months and years

Small Group

Group classes are both in-person, hybrid, and remote.

15-hour series (5 classes) with books, MP3 downloads, and a treasure bound handouts covering key strategies.

Private 1 on 1

Private classes can be held in your home or in my space, in-person, hybrid, or remote.

15-hour series (5 classes) tailored to your goals and birth preferences.

How the 5-class series works

  • 5 classes over 4 weeks (each class 2.5–3 hours)
  • Designed for pregnant people 16–35 weeks along with their birthing partner/support person
  • Each class includes: videos, slides, discussion, in-class practice, weekly home practice, and weekly email follow-ups

How Much Does It Cost?

Small Group: $475 per couple. Private 1:1: $950 per couple. Payment plans are available.

How often are the classes?

It’s a 5-class series over 4 weeks. Each class runs 2.5–3 hours.

Do I need a birthing partner to attend?

A support person is strongly encouraged. If you don’t have a partner attending, we can talk about what support will look like for you.

Are classes in-person or remote?

Both options are available. You can choose in-person in Western Massachusetts or a remote option.

What should I bring?

You’ll get a simple checklist after you enroll. Most people bring something comfortable to sit/relax in and a notebook.
