How the 5-class series works
- 5 classes over 4 weeks (each class 2.5–3 hours)
- Designed for pregnant people 16–35 weeks along with their birthing partner/support person
- Each class includes: videos, slides, discussion, in-class practice, weekly home practice, and weekly email follow-ups
